Notice is hereby given to all prospective Contractors /Suppliers to submit a sealed BID on or before the above date.  Contractor / Supplier agree to supply all equipment described in the available CONTRACT DOCUMENTS consisting of Plans, proposal document and Specifications. OPUD is looking for BIDS for the purchase of various water service material and pipe material.  A free electronic copy can be requested from the District Public Works Manager via email at sboyal@opud.org.

 

As a reminder, sealed bids from qualified bidders on or before June 12, 2026 @ 2pm at 1970 9th Ave., Olivehurst, CA 95961 (NO SUBMITTALS VIA EMAIL, MUST BE DELIVERED TO OFFICE)for the OPUD Water Main and Service Line Materials Bid.

This project consists of request for materials as highlighted in the bid documents above. For specs, we’ve sent examples of required material providers. There are multiple manufacturers available for some of the specific materials so if your not sure if it’s acceptable or not, please do not hesitate to ask for clarification and an addendum can be issued.

All questions must be received by Wednesday, June 3rd at 2 PM.

The Bid Package is attached and any question should be directed to myself, the Public Works Manager, Swarnjit Boyal by emailing at: sboyal@opud.org.

REMINDER: Bids are due no later than Friday, June 12th, 2026 at 2 PM at 1970 9th Ave., Olivehurst, CA 95961 and read shortly thereafter.
