OPUD is accepting proposals to Provide Water and Sewer Rate for Prop 218 Study

Question for the current OPUD prop 218 water and sewer rate study RFP were due at 2 PM PST (5/08/2026). OPUD received four (4) question that are answered in the following RFI Response document. Please see for your records. Reminder, that RFP’s must be emailed to sboyal@opud.org at or before 2 PM, 5/22/2026 PST with the subject line “OPUD Water and Sewer Rate Study Request for Proposal”. We appreciate everyone proposing and taking the time and resources for this project, we don’t take this for granted and thank you for your efforts.
