This is to  notify you of road closures and detours that will be in place as part of the Historic Olivehurst Pipeline Replacement Project- Phase 2 construction work.  Construction crews and supervisors will work with all emergency and public services to ensure they have access as needed to all streets during construction.  Below is sketches of work areas and closed streets.  The following is a list of road closures and dates. 

The Week of 7/7/2025:

• Closed to thru traffic with detour for potholing work – Beverly Ave between Fleming and Powerline – 7/82/5 – 7/9/25
• Closed to thru traffic with detour for potholing work – Okmulgee South of 7th Ave – 7/10/25 – 7/11/25

The Week of 7/14/2025:

• Closed to thru traffic with detour for potholing work – Chapman Ave - 7/14/25 - 7/15/25
• Closed to thru traffic with detour for mainline pipeline installation – Tulsa Ave between 6th & 7th - 7/16/25 – 7/18/25.

All road closures and detours will be in place Monday through Friday between the house of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
