The Olivehurst Public Utility District Public Works Department provides many of the basic services that affect the daily lives of everyone who lives and works in Olivehurst and Plumas Lake.

Primarily, the department is responsible for all the things we take for granted on a daily basis: such as the planning, maintenance of our water and wastewater systems, and the district parks.

The Public Works Department is staffed with a trained work force of 14 employees under the leadership of John Tillotson, P.E.,

The responsibilities of the Public Works Department are distributed among four divisions: Engineering, Water, Wastewater and Parks.
